Nicky Arpesella Physiotherapists is a group of dedicated, experienced physiotherapists. Our aim is to provide quality physiotherapy services to the Milnerton and Sunset Beach areas and surrounding communities to persons of all ages. We treat patients who are on Medical Schemes, privately funded and those who have injured themselves in accordance with the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act. Our practitioners believe in a holistic approach to treatment and strongly advocate rehabilitation to improve outcomes.
Our physiotherapy practice was founded in 1999 by Nicky Arpesella, who had been working at Milnerton Mediclinic since 1996. What began as a small team of two physiotherapists and a receptionist has since grown into a dynamic group of six highly skilled physiotherapists, each bringing unique expertise and special interests to meet a wide range of patient needs.
We proudly provide comprehensive physiotherapy services at Milnerton Mediclinic, offering 24-hour care, 365 days a year. Weekend on-call services and home physiotherapy visits are available for patients who are unable to travel.
In 2013, we expanded our services with a modern outpatient facility at the Stodels Lifestyle Centre on Racecourse Road. This location features a fully equipped gym, easy wheelchair access, and ample free parking making it convenient and accessible for all patients.

Our experienced practitioners treat patients across all age groups, fitness levels and condition types.
Appointments are booked on the half hour. Treatments last 30–60 minutes, depending on the condition.
